About Our Company
Musical Progressions was established in Massachusetts in 1994. Our first website was created in 1995 by music
teachers to help promote our own products. We later expanded our business to include a variety of popular
music software titles and audio hardware products. In the early 2000s we became one of the world's largest
dealers of music notation software. In 2012, our business
was expanded further. We now carry sheet music, DVDs, instructional books, music accessories and more.
Over 100,000 items are now available through this website. In January of 2013, we launched our digital sheet music
section which adds an additional 100,000+ items. If you are looking for an item that's not
listed on our site, don't hesitate to contact us. We can probably get you the best deal on any music product
you are looking for. We do business with many manufacturers in the USA and around the world.

Return Policy
If you receive a product that is defective in any way, we will be happy to exchange it at no extra cost to you.
All other unopened products can be returned for a refund minus the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
You must contact us via email for return instructions.
Ordering our products
We accept a variety of different payment types including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal transfers,
eCheck payments, school purchase orders, personal checks and money orders.
Online orders - Musical Progressions offers convienient online ordering by credit card or PayPal.

You do NOT have to be a PayPal member or sign up for anything to place an order with us.

Checks and Money Orders - We also accept checks and money orders for payment. Be aware that personal checks can take up to 2 weeks to clear. Checks and money orders can be sent to the address listed on this page. They should be payable in US dollars to Musical Progressions.
School Purchase Orders - Schools can email purchase orders to the address listed on this page. They can also be mailed to our East Longmeadow address.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy is simple, we never share any customer
information with anyone. Your name, address, telephone number, email address
and credit card information will remain confidential. We also do not
store any customer info in any online databases. When you place an order
with us online, your information is sent to us though an encrypted system
that can only be viewed by our staff. After your order is received, your
information is automatically removed from our online system for added security.
