About Musical Progressions

We were first established in Massachusetts back in 1994.  Our original website was created in 1995 by music teachers to help promote our own products.  We later expanded our business to include a variety of popular music software titles and audio hardware products.  In the early 2000s we became one of the world's largest dealers of music notation software.  In 2012, our business was expanded further by adding: Sheet music, DVDs, instructional books, music accessories and more.  Over 100,000 items are now available through this website.  In 2013, we launched our digital sheet music section which adds an additional 300,000+ items.  Last year we completed our latest project, an Android/iOS app designed to help music theory students.  If you're looking for an item that's not listed on our site, don't hesitate to contact us.  We can probably get you the best deal on any music product you are looking for.

Do you have a product you'd like to sell online? Musical Progressions is always looking for new items.  You don't have to be a large company for us to carry your product.  We've helped small companies in the past sell their products on the internet.  Contact us and maybe we can help you get your product online.

Ordering Our Products

We accept a variety of different payment types including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal transfers, eCheck payments, school purchase orders, personal checks and money orders.

Online orders

- Musical Progressions offers convienient online ordering by credit card or PayPal.  Just click the "Add To Cart" button on any product page to add an item to your online shopping cart.   You do NOT have to be a PayPal member or sign up for anything to place an order with us.  Our online shopping cart is quick, easy and secure.

Checks and Money Orders

- We also accept checks and money orders for payment.  Be aware that personal checks can take time to clear.  Checks and money orders can be sent to the address listed on this page.  They should be payable in US dollars to Musical Progressions.

School Purchase Orders

- Please contact us online if you wish to place a school purchase order.  You can also mail your order to our East Longmeadow address.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is simple, we never share any customer information with anyone.  Your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information will remain confidential.  We also do not store any customer info in any online databases.  You will not be asked to create an account at our site to place an order with us.

Return Policy

If you receive a product that is defective in any way, we will be happy to exchange it at no extra cost to you.  All other unopened products can be returned for a refund minus the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. You must contact us via email for return instructions.
