Despite being a successful student of Tulou at the Conservatory of Paris, little is known of Helene-Jean-Joseph Albert de Miramont. After his education, programs and reviews suggest Miramont was a well-regard flutist and composer in Paris, producing works of unarguable merit. Arthur Ephross has here edited 15 of Miramont's studies for flute.
